Information on Selling Your Home

If you wish to list a property for sale with us, a normal procedure is the following:


1.-Visit our office,make a phone call or send an email to lapazrealtyinfo@gmail.com providing us with the information on the property, asking price, a picture (optional but preferred). Make sure to provide your contact information and the best day and time to visit previous appointment set by phone or email.


2.-On the first visit to the property, the listing agent shall collect more information as well as a copy of the document that states ownership on your name or legal power of attorney granted by the legitimate owner.


3.-Within one days after the first visit, the listing agent shall contact you to deliver the Broker´s Opinion on the value of your property,as well as a list of required documentation to prepare the Exclusive Promotion Agreement


4.-As soon as you provide us with the required documents the Exclusive Promotion Agreement shall be executed and the promotion of your property started at that very moment through our marketing procedures.
